Vegetable chips are the easiest way to enjoy snacks while maintaining ketosis. If you don’t want to buy ready-made veggie chips, you can easily make them yourself at home. You don’t have to go entirely sugar free on this diet. To satisfy your sweet tooth, you can enjoy low carb sweets. As fats are considered good on this diet, you can enjoy mousse made with cocoa and heavy cream. Add stevia if you want to make it sweeter.

You can easily dole out absolutely delicious smoothies with almonds, matcha and chocolate.

The only things to consider while enjoying these ketogenic diet snacks are that they should be high in fat and low in carb and you are all set!
